Dr Yeung was very reassuring and patient at a time of great stress for me. She took her time to explain what would take place and answered all my queries about the procedure. Dr Yeung explained the whole procedure that was to happen with a great deal of empathy and patience. She made you feel you were her only patient and you never felt rushed. After a successful operation her post op visit on a Saturday she gave me about 15 minutes of her time ensuring I was completely aware with all the proceedings. Dr Yeung made the whole event easy by her relaxed manner. A very professional person.
