As of Sept. 5, 2014, the time of the review below, Dr. Feldhaus was no longer at Madison Street Family Clinic, and had not been for more than 1 month. The clinic was taken over as of August 1, 2014 by a different Nurse Practitioner and MD.

The nurse practitioner, the only good thing about the office, got smart and left. The receptionist hasn't got an ounce of intelligence nor professionalism in her. The doctor apparently has zero business know-how, and doesn't care how awful the office is run. Also, she is money hungry because she keeps making you come back for ridiculous reasons. When you can actually get signed in for a walk-in without being turned away, they make you wait anywhere from an hour or two to be seen. It is a lot quicker and more pleasant just to go to Urgent Care or the ER.

RIDICULOUS! I wouldn't suggest her to my worst enemy.

The receptionist clearly don't know what she is doing! I do not have a copay and yet she charged me 75.00. $25.00 more than the usual 50.00 office visit. Then when you call for a referral to another dr, they can't do it unless you come back in for a screening. I will never go back! You have to wait forever for someone to come and register you in!!!
