OMG! I have never ever ever worked with a doctor's office this bad before! It is so hard to get someone on the phone. I've called & everyone's voice mail was full for days. They don't return calls. They don't provide timely responses. They keep employees out of work unnecessarily for exceptionally long periods of time. This is a claimant-oriented Workers' Compensation Factory. I'm beginning to think that they don't even see the patients! Atrocious!
