Very polite took time to explain what was taking place.Staff was also very nice.

From the moment I entered the office I felt very comfortable. Mike and Eileen were very nice and answered all my questions. The technician Mike who did my emg test (who is also the office manager) was kind and explained the entire process. Dr. Hughes was kind, asked if I was doing okay, apologized for the trouble and had a wonderful sense of humor. He answered all my questions and even took the time to explain the surgical process I would need. He recommended three surgeons and explained their specialties to me . I found the while experience much less stressful than I had been led to believe. I would highly recommend Dr. Hughes to anyone needing a neurologist.

I read some negative comments but I had a really good experience. I was squeezed in on same day, never seeing the doctor before. They told me I would probably have to wait but it was 15 min in waiting room and then another 10 min before meeting with doctor. He is very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. Staff could see I was not feeling well and they were all very pleasant and exceptionally nice. He does book up quickly but was surprised that I was able to be seen the same day.

I just left this office in Tears. The staff is RUDE and always complaining. They are VERY unorganized and the DR told me my tests were fine when they weren't and never explained anything to me. My spinal tap was not all back when my apt came and they still had me go in and pay the co-pay with NOTHING but waiting and the run around! NEVER going back again! IM DONE!

I found Dr. Hughes very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and I got good care and direction from him. I feel he is a very able Neurologist.

This is the worst docotor I have ever encountered. I left his office in tears more often than not. He was arrogant and rude and rushed through exams, making me feel as though I was wasting his valuable time. Never listened to my concerns, offered off-the-cuff type opinions that he was never willing to provide a rationale for. I was told that if I wanted to be under his care, I had to do what he said and would not provide any information as to why this is what he was recommending despite my repeated requests. I was going to him seeking help and he would yell at me and be very condescending with his "God Complex"... I am just sorry it took so long for me to put an end to our doctor/patient relationship.
