excellet doctor.lab on site. there is a bit of a wait but well worth it

have seen this doctor a few times. Each time is a very long wait, the last time was almost 2 hours! What is the point of making or taking appointments if they are useless? The staff doesn't care at all about the wait time. They are also very loose with ordering all exams under the sun from the lab, whether medically necessary or not. Very clear that this is a business and not patient first.

Came in complaining of falling and severe back pain, did not examine me or send me to xray. Left there and went to an Urgent Care and they did xrays and found a fractured vertebra. Was rude to boot.

The onsite lab is great since you get blood counts and other results while you wait. The downside is the amount of time I've had to wait before being seen.
