Dr. Adams is very knowledgeable and will return calls. The staff can be rude and unprofessional. The cancellation policy is a rip off. You must cancel with 24 hours notice regardless to weather or health emergencies.

I've never had a problem with Dr. Adams. Dr. Adams and her staff provide a great service.

Dr. Adams and her partners are great. THey are very flexible, return phone call questions, and are otherwise very helpful for our little guys.

They have a ludacrist policy for cancellations. The staff there are unprofessional and work as if they all are unhappy to be there. THey charge you for visits that you cancel on the same day due to the illness. Keep you waiting for over an hour for scheduled visits.
