I have had severe periodontal disease for many years and have seen many oral surgeons over a long period after I reached the point at which there was nothing more my periodontist could do for me. Dr. Farole is by far the most skilled and caring oral surgeon I have seen, and he has performed over a half dozen procedures on me since I found him. I would not consider going to anyone else.

Dr. Farole saw my 17 year old sister today. The experience was traumatizing for her, our mom, and myself. He attempted an IV stick over 16 times within 45 minutes. Decided to give her intramuscular injections without consent from my mom in order to "get the IV". When she was in a semi asleep state, he then proceeded to yell at her for not making an effective fist for the IV placement. She stated she was scared and crying the whole time and he did nothing. We were 5 feet away from her on the other side of the closed door. According to my sister, he was very mean and yelled at all staff in the room and my sister. She felt scared of him and uncomfortable. Began the surgery while she was still awake. Put a giant piece of metal in her mouth to keep it open, limiting her ability to talk, and began sticking multiple needles of novocaine and even started cutting before she was asleep. She remembers everything. Even him telling her to "stop talking, it's making my job harder".
After the procedure, he couldn't understand why my mom was so upset. Was VERY disrespectful to her. Accused her of calling him a liar. Told my mom things that didn't happen and my sister was sitting there and saying "yes, I did say that to you!" or "no, that didn't happen" and he continued to argue with her. So belittling to my family. Even said "well every time I'm with you, you have an issue!" (first surgery she stood up too fast and fainted, second couldn't even get an IV, this is third). They're not our issues; they're yours.
My family had to tell him to stop talking to us so we could leave. All three of us in the room crying hysterically and he stated "I'm not apologizing for anything!". Very arrogant.
He also had an extern observe without consent from my mom or sister.
So traumatizing. Wanted to talk to a sedated patient however he wanted, thinking she wouldn't remember. Cavalier. Refused to give us a refund even though he didn't complete the entire surgery. Money hungry. Did everything in a rush because had had other patients. Inconsiderate and reckless. Took decisions away from the mother and tortured a minor. Animal. Surgeon on a power trip who lost it when he couldn't get the IV. Little man who must drive a giant truck.
Clearly, highly do not recommend unless you're looking for a traumatic experience.

Dr farole saw my daughter today. The experience was absolutely horrific. He could not get an IV in her and took matters into his own hands about how he would go about her surgery, which included starting to do the extractions which she was still awake, and yelling at her for not “helping him”. She was crying the whole time. Not one person (our of four) did a thing to help her. I was sitting literally 10 feet away and no one got me. They gave her shots in her arms that I did not consent to, and she is traumatized. He raised his voice to me and my children because I said this experience upset me. I paid out of my pocket for him, because I trusted him. I was so wrong.

I had a great experience with Dr. Farole's office. The staff was great and he is a very talented doctor. I highly recommend him and wish I could give more than 5 stars. Highly satisfied!

He is arrogant and incompetent. He performed his little “special” orthognathic surgery that he invented on my jaw. It had been published and it went straight to his head. Even though it was a joke.
Recovery was hell on earth. But, ultimately, when my jaw healed, I look like an absolute freak.
My jaw juts out like a cartoon character. AND…my jaw position is completely unchanged. So..all that hell for nothing.
Here’s the way I look. Like Jay Leno. I had an obnoxious relative ask me if he could rest his coffee cup on my chin. I have folds on my face from my jaw jutting out and I look 80 years old. My mouth is in a permanent gross frown position. I have been asked by two bosses why I am always so miserable, because of the expression on my face. People at my high school reunion didn’t recognize me.
My jaw constantly cracks and pops. I swear people in restaurants can hear it. My husband and I can’t believe my jaw hasn’t fallen off my face.
I have been self-conscious and my self-esteem and confidence has diminished ever since. I’ve gone through Christmas parties, birthdays, weddings, graduations and an anniversary and would NOT allow my picture to be taken.
The most egregious incompetence imagineable.

amazing staff and amazing doctor !!! had my wisdom teeth removed and was put to sleep. everyone was soooo freindly and made me feel so relaxed. the surgery went well and i woke up feeling like a million bucks !! thank you thank you thank you !!
