I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Shultz. He was quite attentive but precise and to the point. He explained my MRI result in detail and pointed out what and where the problem was and what the next steps would be. The receptionists were polite and helpful. My appointment was for 9:30 but I went in at 10 which was to be expected given the number of patients and the waiting list. I am really surprised at the negative remarks regarding this doctor’s bedside manners or the receptionists’ treatment of the patients. I found neither to be true
