Some staff are great, but I've had poor service in the past. The waiting for a pill refill can be too long sometimes. But I really like Dr. Mona

The staff was very nice, I met with doctor, she has explained every thing about the weightless program, very smart and very passionate about her work, try to guide me to live a better life., I felt she was very Guinean and care about my health, love this doctor.

Never told me my due date...kept pushing ultra sound....switched ob finally find due date and ultra sound all that same week!

The office staff are great. The doctor? Not so much. She is abrupt, rude, and does what she wants without caring for your opinion or input. She has an ego the size of Mars, and won't refer out no matter how complicated or serious. She doesn't want to give up her patient for anything. If you need better care than what she can offer you, good luck getting her to agree with you or to refer you to someone who can provide what she can't if a referral is needed for insurance purposes. Also, expect to hear her yelling at, screaming at, and belittling her staff. Whether in the waiting area or in the hallways, she could care less. Not professional in the slightest! I'm amazed at the girls who work there, because I would have long told her where she could go.

She is a very smart doctor. But I get the feeling she doesn't really care about her patients. Like, she's there to do her job, and that's it. Yesterday, I went in for what I thought would be about a ten minute appointment, to get my Rogham shot, blood drawn, and then to meet with the doctor. I waited for forty minutes to even get in. Did my blood, and shot, then waited for the doctor for about five minutes. She came in, asked when my last ultrasound was, how big the baby was, and asked if I had any questions for her, I said no. Then she says "alright, we'll see you in two weeks". I'm like, 'that's it?'. I thought she wanted to meet with me to talk about labor or something because I'm almost 29 weeks, and have never spoken to her before EVER. She walked out of the room, and started yelling at her nurses right in front of patients! Rude! They do more work than she does and she makes more money! If it weren't for loving the nurses, I would have changed doctors.

I love her she is the best doctor I have ever had. I took my mother to see her and she listened to my mother. Dr. Mona is the best and she really cares sbout you.

Doctor was smilling makes the visit easy , and she was very knoweledgable about my problem , she listen to me and my husband too. Finally i felt it was successeful visit.

Dr. Mona can have issues with being abrupt with her staf or even her patients. I don't like that. However, that being said, she without question saved my baby's life. She knows what she is doing. And my incision was beautiful too. What's the old saying about a bad bedside manner but a hell of a doctor? I will continue to go to her and trust her opinions as well as recommend her to others.

She knows her stuff. and to you people who did not like her, well you did not do your home work. before you go to a doctor you need to find out some things about them first. I went in and told this is my problem and she told me what i could do. To my other doc who told me i had one tumor, well i beleive Dr. mona removed 7 or 8. Now how can one doc miss that many and one tell me another and then prove it to me. Wow I have a few friends who are going to her and they love her. To the staff well I dont work there and my promlem was with my uters not the doca office. I went there for help and got it. Dr. Mona you are a great doctor. My god bless you in your life.

No question about it....the best...knows more than any other doctor I've ever been to..and exams are comfortable--goes a long way for me!
