Our family is very lucky to have Dr. Jerome as our family doctor. He truly cares about his patients and gives us the best medical advice every time we reach out to him. He is very knowledgeable and doesn’t make you worried over nothing. We almost lost him once when he had too many patients to look after in the past. However, we have a family member who needs a consistent care and he offered us to stay with him! We have been his patients since he came here from England and hope we can be with him until he retires! Thank you, Dr. Jerome!! We truly appreciate your ongoing help !

Doctor Jerome has been with me every step of the way during all of my troubles mentally and physically. As a woman, he made me feel very comfortable in his diagnoses, as everything he suggested responded well to that suggestion. He eventually referred me to the best gyne around who agreed with Dr Jerome's initial diagnosis of endometriosis. As a university student, he helped me so much with stress management (using holistic approaches, refs to masseuse/physio, medication). I am so lucky to have him as a doctor and would direct anyone to him.

I'm actually laughing at the person who rated Dr Jerome so poorly and said they'd be looking for a Canadian dr who's white. Racist much? The entire review is a bunch of b.s. because they've even rated his punctuality as only a 1, which is a blatant lie! I rarely have to wait more than maybe 5 minutes to be called in to see him, and he is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and he listens to what you have to say and doesn't just ignore your own input regarding your health issues. I really feel blessed that my kids and I have Dr. Jerome as our family physician, and Dr Jerome, if you happen to see this, I hope you ignore the trolls on here that don't appreciate you for the great job that you do!

I should mention that I only rated the staff as a 3, simply because I have minimal interaction with them due to the fact that Dr Jerome has an excellent setup where you can go online and book your own appointments. I absolutely LOVE this ability!

Useless git and needs to seriously be reeducated. All he is good at is doling out prescriptions and doing the basics. Very affable, but that just doesn't cut it as a decent doc!

Hard to say much. Never follows up, after multiple lab results didn't hear from the office until we got a letter saying they were dumping us as patients because they took on too many patients; useless.

Dr Jerome is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor who really listens to what you have to say and values your own input on your health care. I feel incredibly fortunate to have him as our family doctor!
