He wants your MONEY! That’s it. He makes no secret of it. Even his peers will tell you that. Not interested in your name, in teaching or in dealing with complications from his surgery.

Dr. Nate Kleinfeldt is a top notch eye surgeon. He performed my cataract surgery flawlessly. I have 20/20 vision after surgery. The results are truly life changing. I would recommend Dr. Kleinfeldt to my dearest family members and anyone considering cataract surgery.

All of these eye doctors over the years of telling my parents and then me that removing the congenital cataract in my left eye would not make any difference were sooooo wrong. It has made a gigantic difference and I want to publicly thank Dr. Nate Kleinfeldt for giving me some extraordinary vision in that eye. Can’t wait for the right one to get done!

Dr. Kleinfeldt is an okay doctor. However, the appointment feels rushed yet he answers your questions. However, the gentleman that handles the prescriptions is extremely rude and condescending. His rudeness is so extreme it takes away from the visit.

I strongly encouraged everyone to stay away from Dr. Nate Kleinfeldt. I believe he only cares about money. I am just now able to write this review after 3 years. I saw Dr. Kleinfeldt twice (five minutes each time) for glaucoma in one eye before he announced I needed cataract surgery. He performed what was supposed to be cataract surgery in both eyes. After surgery on second eye, I immediately had severe 24-hour pain in both eyes. I lost vision (yes blindness) in both eyes a couple of weeks later. Multiple emergency visits at which I saw two of his specialist who acknowledged there was a major problem. The specialists and staff refused to let me talk with Dr. Kleinfeldt. I begged to see my doctor who performed the surgery, to no avail. I never saw him again after he performed they surgery on second eye. I found out a month later from one of the specialist that Dr. Kleinfeldt had performed a combined cataract and glaucoma surgery in both eyes. I had no glaucoma in my left eye prior to surgery. Why was I given that combined surgery. Severe pain lasted for eight months before even his specialist agreed I should see another doctor outside of Kleinfeldt's office. It is my current doctor who finally stopped the severe pain on my second visit with him. I am still under my current doctor's care. I still have limited vision. I must use a series of eye drops about four times a day to prevent pain in both eyes. It is my current doctor who found a way for my eyes to have some relief from pain due to light sensitivity. I am still under his care. Please notice that Dr. Kleinfeldts' waiting room is full of patients wearing dark glasses, hats and visors due to eye infections (they call it "inflammation") after his surgeries. I don't see that at all in my current doctor's waiting room. I believe Dr. Kleinfeldt is a dangerous non-caring doctor. He has severely changed my quality of life. Don't trust your eyes with Dr. Kleinfeldt.

Dr. Kleinfeldt did cataract surgery on both eyes in 2013, and I had not the slightest problem with my eyesight ever since. I do not need glasses, and I am extremely grateful to him for his exceptional skill. When I was diagnosed with cataracts, my optometrist wanted to give me a list of eye surgeons, but I simply asked him whom he would if he needed to have this surgery, and he told him without the slightest hesitance: Dr. Kleinfeldt. Also, two of my friends are eye specialists ,and after I told them about my very successful surgery, they said that I had chosen well because he is known to them also as an excellent eye surgeon.

Rudest Dr. I have ever encountered. Dr. Nate Kleinfeldt clearly cares about the money but not the patient. Avoid him like the plague.
