This Dentist was Cold and not friendly! Tools and some equipment appeared to be dirty, and outdated. I felt I was being judged because of the condition in which my teeth are in and the government insurance I was using, and when cleaning my teeth he was rough and when I made noises that confirmed he was hurting me he just continued the cleaning and never asked me if I was Ok! Dr. Towns needs to work on creating a better connection with his patients so they feel comfortable and will trust him enough to come back. I would rather all my teeth fall out then go back to this office.
