Please read this before your visit. I love the staff here, minus Dr. Jensen. He became my pcp as soon as I got the state health care, so I had no idea what I was in for. My initial visit was for tendinitis in my arm. He was smoking a cigar in his office, and I could plainly see him. Which is illegal. There are cobwebs all over, exposed piping, and it's just overall dirty. He gave me a steroid shot and sent me on my way. Later to find out that they didn't bother to bill my insurance and just told me that they wouldn't take it. That got resolved, and I didnt think I'd ever go back. But I was in a car accident recently as the passenger. I got whip lash and a huge seat belt bruise. I was concerned that my sternum was fractured and you know what he did? Steroid shot right into my sternum. Not only that, but while he was examining my chest, he made sure that the hand that was hanging down in front of him rubbed up against his groin. If you're female, you can tell when this is intentional or not, and it was. Of course I don't have proof of to do anything about that, but I do have reasons that his license should be revoked. Please go find another doctor.

This doctor tells it like it is; so if you need to be treated with kid gloves and sugar coated then Dr. Eric is not for you. But if you wear your sensibilities where they belong this man can and will save your life if need be and you let him.

I met Dr. Jensen six years ago through a friend.I was having problems with my pilot medical. In the process of helping me he discovered I had been misdiagnosed as having heart disease.(What a relief!) He also saved my life by having me get a colonoscopy. I had a giant polup that would have killed me. Thanks to Dr. Jensen I'm healthy and happy. He's also one of the brightest people I know. He doesn't coddle his patients. I whined about some pain one day and he told me I was a wimp.It made me laugh. I was surprised to read that someone said his staff doesn't trust him. He has had several changes in staff since I've been going there and I've never sensed that. I'm a former Medical device executive and have spent years in operating rooms and clinics with thousands of doctors. I love this guy. He's a straight shooter and cares deeply about his patients. Last week he surgically removed a large skin cancer from my face. He's a damn artist with a scalpel and sutures. Only guy I trust.

I have been seeing Dr Jensen for over 20 years and recommend him as highly as possible. Dr Jensen's medical knowledge is extensive, especially in FAA certification. He over the past few years he has helped me with Kidney Stones, Hyper-tension and Sinus surgery. He may sometimes be a little direct but he is your best bet for any medical problem. If you're a pilot he can give you the right procedures and get the paper work right for the FAA. Pilots, if you have an FAA issue, see Jensen ASAP and save yourself a lot of heartburn!

On my first visit I waited for about two hours. I could hear the dr having a casual conversation with someone in his office like he was on a lunch break and had nothing better to do. When he finally came in the exam room he got right in front of me asked me what was wrong with me and how I knew what was wrong with me. I told him id been seeing a specialist for over a year. He proceeded to ask me specific questions about my sex life. He seemed proud of his abrasiveness in his line of questioning. He insulted me by second-guessing my motives in my marrige when he didn't have enough info about me to make a lucky guess. He left me in the middle of my visit abruptly to see another patient who had been waiting hours also. When he left I wanted to run out of there. He treated me like I had emotional porblems...not medical ones but continued the medication the specialist put me on. When I left the office I felt like I needed a shower.

He was completely unprofessional. He cursed at me, accused me of lying, refused to listen to all of my symptoms and then just attributed it all to anxiety. Even though he basically called me a big faker, he still prescribed me medication associated with the illness I was "pretending" to have. Hands down the worst experience with a doctor to date. I actually left the office crying.

who cares if he smokes or if it smells like smoke. Dr. Jensen is old school. That can sometimes be a bad thing but in his case it's wonderful. He's funny, extremely knowlegdeable, and very helpful. One of the best dr.'s I have ever seen. Two thumbs up on the staff too. Ladies are helpful and sweet.
