He has terrible bedside manner and does not care about his patient. It is obvious he lacks empathy, emotional intelligence, and basic knowledge. Just awful.

Dr. Klem is such a great doc! He makes you feel comfortable, listens carefully, asks questions, and explains everything really well. He is a very caring and understanding man. I recommend him to everyone I know.
