Have gone to this dentist for +20 yrs - he is the best

His receptionist never returns calls. I don't know if he is aware of this, but it has happened SO many times I am almost ready to give up, although I like Dr. Heacox, no problems with him as a dentist.

We met Dr. Heacox many years ago when he was part of a larger practice. His manner was excellent so it was an easy decision to follow him when he opened his own practice. He has taken great care of my family of 4 ever since. His advice has always been spot on and his staff is excellent. He goes out of his way to take care of his patients. I highly recommend his services.

Not only did he provide us poor advice, but his reception staff is extremely unprofessional. They do not answer the phone, they do not return messages -- it's as if they do not want patients

They will not return calls and things always seem to go wrong

My family of five has been going to Dr. Heacox's office twice a year since he opened his own practice several years ago. We have always been happy with his services, as well as the service of his staff. Meg at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful. His hygienist (sorry, forgot her name, begins with an L)does great work with the cleanings and making the younger kids at ease with having dental work done. Could not be more satisfied!

The crowns that were put in fell out and cracked with in 3 weeks.
