Appointments not confirmed. When appointment was cancelled was not informed. Not a lot of information given about problem. Underwent surgery, was not informed of procedure, doc did not attend to me after or come explain and give instructions for the surgery done, and for the surgical incision. No explanation as to why it was such a large incision.
