Michael is surprisingly knowledgeable, given that he's not an MD. He listens well, he has sensible advice, he writes clear after-visit summaries, he is much easier to see on short notice (vs a doctor), and he's just a nice guy.

Michael was extremely patient and actually listened to the symptoms I was trying to explain. He seemed genuinely interested and did not seem rushed to diagnosis. I'm very impressed with him !
