So disappointed in Dr. Richmond. I've been seeing her for about two years since moving to the area and while not the most personable she was generally helpful. This last appointment I waited over 45 minutes to see her (this was a med check appt) I was finally led to a room where I waited another 10 minutes. The doctor came was with me for no more than 5 minutes. When I tried to ask her questions she basically blew me off and told me to see other doctors. I thought the purpose of a primary care doc was to help "organize" your healthcare. Needless to say I be looking for a new primary care doctor.

Saw Dr. Richmond as a new patient. Moved back here after being out of state and needed a new PCP. I'm picky and I pay them so I'm pretty hard to impress. I liked her after my first visit. She started me back up on my medications and even had a referral arranged on my first visit. She was attentive and listened to what I had to say. So far, so good.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone! I waited 30 days for an appointment. I was a new patient and needed to have my new patient exam, but was also experiencing severe headaches, dizziness, & night sweats. When you go in you are told to fill out a form as to why you are there. I did & the ONLY thing on my list that the dr. addressed was me being a new patient. She did the new patient test-looking in my ears & eye, listening to my heart, & checking my reflexes. She never addressed by my headaches, dizziness, or night sweats. She did discover that my right ear was blocked & said I could either by ear drops over the counter or I had to schedule another appointment to get it flushed out. The flushing process takes about 10 mins but she would not do it while I was there! So now I'm sitting here with the same problems on the internet trying to find a dr because I just want to feel better & find someone who will take the time to deal with my issues!

I can hardly believe the bad ratings and have to wonder if it is even the same physician. Dr. R. has listened carefully to my concerns and responded appropriately. She's been responsive, willing to work with me on all my issues and has helped me. Her practice (MMP) is very, very busy and there have been long waits but she never made me feel rushed during my time with her.

This physician turned me away after I lost my job and lost my insurance. I was Dr. Richmond's patient for 8 years. I was willing to pay cash for the appointment, but she refused to see me anyway. I wpuld not recommend her to anyone.

This is the most ruddest and incompitent woman I ever met. I would not reccomend her to my worst enemy. She does not listen to you and try to undermind your health and tell you that you need to take better care of yourself. She is very down grading to others but she need to take a look at HERSELF!! I found my health going down hill when I was under her care. I wish she was not resposible for people care and well being. Who in the world gave her her LIC. to care for patients. They need to be more evaluated!!!!

She has been my primary doctor for seven years and I have recommended her to several others. I have had two other doctors tell me how smart she is. She has been more friendly the last couple of years.

Dr. Richmond was my doctor for 2 years. During that time, she was rude to me, made assumptions about my health without ever listening to me, and treated me like I was unable to have valid input about my own health. This attitude then extended to the staff as well. I finally found another doctor.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dr.'s visit. She was rude, complained about another patient's insurance in front of me, refused to listen to me about why I was there and blew me off. I left in tears, and came to the conclusion that my dogs are treated better at the vet's office than I was at hers. She is just plain awful, and I never set foot in her office again.
