My family has been seeing Dr. Rudy for years. He is a wonderful dentist. We have had several complicated procedures and Dr. Rudy is very skilled. The office staff Brisna and Mariana are also exceptional. You will not find a more caring , considerate Dr. and staff.

This dentist is only interested in the money. Refused to pull infected teeth until estimated co-pay was paid. Notoriously charged for difference between contracted rate with GEHA insurance and then offers up excuses that the EOB is different. Recommended two crowns for my daughter at a rate of 3000 - she is uninsured-- she went to LLU Dental Schol and was told she did not need crowns. Do not go to this dentist unless you want to be treated rudely and pay for unneeded procedures.

The worst experience of all times, I was a new patient waiting to be seen , Some spanish speaking lady that had been speaking with the Dr in spanish then came up front to the very professional lady in the front and started yelling at her. Ouch !!! then I had to wait forever ,again the front girl presented a treatment plan to me . I understood her better than any body in the entire office. Sorry not going back.

I have found this dentist to be extremely professional, caring and very, very good at what he does. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this office. Caring professionals helped to make me feel more comfortable, as did the "I Love Lucy" re-runs that are in every room for your viewing. Questions are welcomed and communication is wide open. A good experience, overall, every time I have visited.

Paid a fortune for dental work and dental lab work - partials, etc. Teeth broke under normal wear in less than six months and charged me to fix them! Avoid this rip off artist at all costs!!
