Not a very organized staff. Waited an hour past appointment time. Waiting for results, nothing presented, felt very childish in sharing results. Could have sent me an email.

Initial visit and interaction with receptionist and staff were not great, but once the doctor-patient relationship was established, this Dr. Yang and his staff have an excellent teamwork and care going! Dr. Yang goes beyond his call of duty to open all doors available to help his patients. Highly recommend!

WORST DOCTOR AND STAFF EVER EXPERIENCED! Had doctor appointment and was there before my scheduled time and a staff came to me and said to reschedule it. WTH! What is the use of appointment?
One of the Staff there is not courteous. She just pointing at the patient without calling by name. Poor service! And that staff even have the nerve to get angry with me and to think that she supposed to be asking apology for rescheduling my appointment. I will never ever go to this clinic again.

I don’t know what these people r talking about! I’ve been on island almost 3 years & been his patient the entire time. Dr Yang & the staff always have been caring & attentive! It’s nice to have people remember u... not like military doctors who never do. I’m truly grateful for all everyone here has done for me!

Dr. Yang is attentive and explains my symptoms and plan of action thouroughly. He uses diagrams and pictures of the internal organs so as to make comprehending easiier. He has a great repoir with his patients and allows enough time for q&a after examining me! His staff is awesome although they deal with Gastric issues I was very impressed that his Nurse Unni gave up her juice for me when my glucose was dropping I am a diabetic and had forgotten to carry something with me in case my sugar dropped... I truly appreciate their genuine and sincere efforts to care for my health! Thanks Doc, you set a great example for your team!

Ditto on comment left about uncaring. Does not return calls or keep his word. Is not up to date on gastro info and no info on precautions on diet. Tend to over medicate. Personable.

Dr. Yang doesnt seem to give a sheet about his patients. Worst staff ever. No follow up with doc. Issues unresolved. Pain and suffering continues. No info provided. No referral to appropriate surgeon. Calls ignored. Staff a bag of excuses for incompetency. Doctor unavailable to provide info/results and/or medical advice after endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. Overall rating: OUCH!
