He gave me back my hearing. He is kind,funny, but best of all he is the best ent in Columbus Georgia.. I would recommend him to any one seeking help with hearing.. J. White...

Son had a nose injury, servere. Had to have surgery, and Dr. Tkalych did a fine job on the nose and follow-up. He knows his field and has a wonderful bedside manner. Very good experince.

left town for two years after he left a quarter-sized hole in my septum that another ENT had to repair.

worst...he did not repaire a orbital rim fracture on me in 2001 . i had to go to emory after he operated on me because he plated the fracture without fixing it....wtf? emory said who in the hell did this to you? also, he cut me smack dab in the center (bag) under mt eye instead of going through the inside....now i have a huge scar under my eye....again emory said....we have not done a cut like that in 18 years....they go underneath the lid not through it.....stay away.....had to have sculptra put in to fill in the depressions fro this doctor.....

Dr. T has treated both of my daughters and he is wonderful with patients and their parents as well. His bedside manner is the best that I've seen and he knew exactly what the best course of treatment for both of them was. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful!!! Lots of Knowledge!! Knows what the problem is and tackles it accurately and swiftly. At one time, he had a reputation for a harsh bedside manner, but that was eons ago. He is currently very nice and treats patients with respect. He should teach other physicians a little about how not to keep patients waiting in the waiting room way after their appointment times. One of the smartest physicians I have had. He knows his area of medicine well. Highly recommended!
