Dr. Hays is very knowledgeable (he instantly caught another physician's misdiagnosis). He satisfactorily answered all my questions. He was thorough, kind, friendly, and genuinely concerned about my welfare. My visits ran from 10 to 20 minutes, and I never felt rushed. His finger, however, was thicker than the fingers of all the other physicians who have done prostate exams on me.
