She saw my husband for a routine visit and to renew meds. Had no bedside manner whatsoever and not only did NOT listen to anything we said, but was nearly combative and sat at her computer with her back to us for most of the appointment. She wants to dictate what she thinks best on paper without considering the patient's individual needs or situation. Told my husband 3 days before Christmas that he had stage 3 kidney disease (he doesn't), then dodged messages to refill medications she insisted he needed for weeks. Instead, she wanted him to spend hundreds to see her again for no reason after she had already agreed to refill them (he has no insurance). Her manner is passive-aggressive, and she holds medication hostage if you say something she doesn't like. We have never had an experience like this. She should not be caring for any patients.

Patient and understanding. Accessible both for scheduling appointments and via the online system. No complaints whatsoever.

Does not provide a lot of supporting information or context to her "advice." Expects patients to comply without question. Does not know how to handle different temperaments or backgrounds from my experience. Hope she can be more patient and kind in the future.
