I have been with Dr. Berg for many years now. She really takes the time to listen as well as explain things and answers all my question. She has built a trusting relationship with me and genuinely cares. On one incidence she even called me at home during the evening to see how I was doing. Dr. Berg truly cares about her patients.

Asked for an appt. w/her because my NP was full. She acted very suspicious and asked why I made an appt w/her. I was told that if my PCP was full, I could make an appt. with any other Physician in the group. She is alright but alittle off-putting because of the suspicions. I have had a chronic condition and it is kind of long to explain. I would not see her again.

Dr. Berg has been my PCP since she was in her 4th yr of residency. She has ALWAYS answered every question I had, even if it didn't pertain to the reason I was there. She explains everything, always stays in the room until I am done, and satisfied, with the answers to my questions. She actually listens to me. I know any Dr is extremely busy, but she has never blown me off. Have I set for a bit, yes..but no matter how behind she is, she has never rushed thru an appointment with me. I would recommend her to anybody. Thank you Dr. Berg

Don't go to her. I tried to ask her a question about a mole on my arm and since it didn't have anything to do with the reason I stated for the appointment (allergies and asthma) she said I'd have to make another appointment to talk about my other question!! She barely let me speak, talked over me and didn't take time with me. She prescribed 5 medications and I only filled 2 because some of them seemed overkill. If you go to her, make sure you tell them when you make the appointment about every possible question you might have. My sisters and parents will be looking for a new MD.

I would agree with the last response. I had a chronic back problem and she was extremely rude and labeled me as a drug seeker because she did not know what was wrong. I see a specialist now. I also changed PCP's. She is very unprofessional at times. I will never see Dr. Berg again.

Dr. Berg has cared for my wife, delivered our son, and cared for him as well -- and has been amazing through the whole experience. She was always easy to get an appointment with, and also to contact whenever we had a concern. She was kind, caring and pleasant, and did a great job with the delivery and aftercare of our newborn infant. When our son had to be transferred to the NICU, she made a medically unnecessary trip to the hospital in the middle of the night, just to see if my wife was alright, and also to consult with the neonatalogist about our son. She talked with us a good 45 minutes and made 100% sure everything was okay. She called frequently to make sure my wife, my son and myself were all coping well. She showed the most caring and compassion I have ever seen from a physician. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

She treated me like I was an annoyance. Everytime I was in to see her she was in such a rush I always had to ask the nurse to go get her because I wasn't done asking questions. She did a minor procedure for me in her office and was very rude about my concerns and fears. She also left the room with legs still wide open for anyone passing by to see. She needs to learn a bedside manner and some time management skills.
