I am very impressed with the doctor's explanation of my condition. Her MA, Isabel was great at helping me get my meds authorized since my insurance didn't want to authorize them.

Very professional doctor! I would recommend her highly.
I could see the compassion in her eyes for my mother with dementia.

I went in to the doctor's clinic to get Botox for migraines a few weeks ago and I can already feel an immense amount of relief! I had heard great things about this type of treatment but I was very reluctant due to the how much it costs. My quality of life was terrible! It got to the point of locking myself in my room with no light or noise for hours. It was affecting me and my family. I am so happy I did it because I have my life back!! The only con was that it was expensive because I paid out of pocket but up to now extremely worth it!

I waited for my MRI appointment for more than a month only to find out that it is going to be cancelled due to their inability to provide a code on time that they have to get from my insurance. They did not call me to inform me of anything. When I spoke to their nurse (A...)she was not accommodating at all...she was sarcastic.

First off when I scheduled to see Dr Mireles for the fist time it was a two month waiting period to get in. Luckily a few days prior to my appointment I called to get a packet to fill it just to expedite me seeing the dr once I arrived. Unfortunately the front office scheduler had entered my onformation incorrectly into their system and showed that I had already been seen by Dr Mireles. Never before seen by her I was a little irritated but they were able to schedule me a few days after my preciously scheduled date. I suffer from chronic migraines for the last 5 years now. I only went to Dr Mireles because my precious neurologist moved out of state. My first appointment went like this, I was asked a 100 questions and made to feel as if I was making up my symptoms. I have been treated for years for migraines and finally found Botox to work better then any other treatment. When I explained all the medications I have tried, greatly menus, mri's she still decided she was going to put me on the same category of medication that I had already told her didn't work. She also gave me a list of victim and that a couple you can't find at a local drug store. My insurance a few weeks later had already approved my Botox injections but Dr Mireles staff could not confirm. A month later and my first follow up she still didn't have me scheduled for my Botox injections. I show up ten minutes early to my appointment, and I am asked to reschedule because Dr Mireles is running behind and booked with the hospital on the same day. I drive two hours one way to see her and after explaining to the staff I cannot reschedule I decided to get a copy of my records and leave. 9 pages and $35 for copies of my records.

The staff is not only incompetent this Dr seems like she has more patients then she can handle and clearly isn't listening to what I knew I needed that had worked in the past. Terrible experience that will only leave me another two months without treatment because of her incompetence.
