Very knowledgeable. Provided care I needed. Offers many different options for therapy. Punctual and polite. Doesn’t push any unnecessary treatment and is thorough in her approach. Highly recommend

This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with getting help. She does NOT listen to you. She tries to make you feel bad because you left your appointment because she's always 45 minutes late. She tries to load you up on six medications after first appointment. And when you suggest that the medication isn't right, she won't give you anything else--she essentially says its either this or nothing and tries to keep you at it even if you tell her it's not working and making symptoms worse. She's late to every appointment and I understand things happen but she clearly doesn't care. It seems like she is very intelligent but cuts you off at every left turn. There are way better options than this.

Great practice and staff. Everyone is attentive to my needs. I don’t feel forced or coerced into anything I’m not comfortable with. Dr. Denobrega takes the time to figure out what fits me best and provides the care I desperately need. I know everyone has a different experience and sometimes people can begrudgingly put reviews and that is usually when people are motivated to post a review, but it would be nice if the positive reviews get posted more.

Dr. Denobrega is very knowledgeable and caring. Anytime I’ve needed her she has been there to provide me the care I desperately needed. I have been struggling with my mental health for as long as I can remember and not only was she attentive but she helped me understand things about myself that no other provider(probably 100 throughout my lifetime) could explain or treat. But bottom line caring, punctual, knowledgeable and professional.

Dr.Donebrega and her staff are all amazing! My husband & I are both getting therapy at this practice and it’s been extremely helpful thus far. We were both nervous seeing as though this is a first for us but the staff made us very comfortable. They are also very accommodating with our work schedules.

Has very poor communication. Doesn't care about the patients. Gets angry if she is contacted to clarify medication questions. Says something. It does another. Argumentative. Not easily accessible. Does not return emails or phone calls. Makes it known how busy she is and how precious her time is. Told my daughter she needs to "find another prescriber because she requires too much"... this is referring to asking the doctor for a school note and signing a form allowing her to have a mentor. Had my daughter go to one of her "therapists" that is actually just an intern and didn't disclose to us that she's not a licensed therapist. Refused to talk me or my husband about my daughters medications. Refused to make an appointment or accept phone calls more then once a month even if there was an emergency. When she told my daughter she will no longer see her and to find another prescriber we asked her for referrals and she said to "ask the school or call her insurance company. Cold hearted. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Every time we called with a question or needed her to do any kind of paperwork for the insurance company or school she would say she cant be my daughters prescriber anymore. Very lazy. Twice she didn't even show up to the appt. Expects you to read her mind and her mind changes about things like the wind blows and then lashes out when you question her. Refuses to make appt more then a week a head of time...got me nervous that my daughter was gonna run out of her pills.
