Every single time I come there's some kind of problem....insurance issues, they lost my analysis, my bill (that insurance already paid) they're trying to make me pay twice, etc. This place is a scam and the waiting room is FULL of pill junkies and opiod addicts regularly. I will NEVER EVER come back here, and I will make sure Jacksonville knows to stay away! A disgrace to doctors everywhere!

Update: This quack tried to just give me only a week's worth of medication because I contacted the medical board and he's butthurt over it. I'm a patient! This is beyond substandard patient care!! This guy thinks he's God, and he's playing with people's lives!!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR EVER!! HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, HE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY!

Sudden and without notice change in policy? Right before the holidays you must come in every two weeks or face drastic reduction in meds. Forget tolerance, he doesn't grasp the concept or he does but wants to make extra money. Staff turn over is very high. He has been my doctor for 3 years. He has continuously reduced my meds. He had me functioning last year to home bound for first 7 months of 2013. Now he wants to prevent me from visiting family out of town because I refused to have my meds changed again prior to the holidays. I want quality of life, not having to skip family gatherings because of agony and fatigue. So he has patients being blackmailed. Stay on current dose - come in every two weeks. If you want 28 days reduce the meds to ineffective dose. It is beyond frustrating. I'm disabled. He is doing this to patients of all kinds. Legal defrauding of insurance companies. Reports have been filed.
