Dr Finkenzeller is the best!! Will be seeing her until I die. Great at all what she does and should be given the respect that she gives to her patients. She takes the time to make sure you're calm and all your questions are answered. Her receptionist was very polite to me as well. My hat goes off to her for the job she has and she does it very well. xx

Dr. Finkenzeller was extremely kind, patient and compassionate during my appointment with her and her medical student. Her explanation and proposal with regards to my situation were clear and easy to understand, and demonstrated compassion about my situation. I truly appreciated the time she took to discuss the situation and the compassion she displayed. She proactively offered to touch base with me the week after my ultrasound to discuss the results and next steps! I was truly impressed! I highly recommend this gynecologist!

I never actually got to see Dr. Finkenzeller. I was referred to her as I had specified wanting to see a female doctor, for personal comfort reasons. I was triaged to a different male doctor. I called Dr. Finkenzeller’s office to see what might be able to be done about getting me an appt with her, even if it took a lot longer to get in. The receptionist is the absolute rudest I’ve ever spoken with. She cut me off mid-sentence, wouldn’t allow me to explain why I was calling, when I finally was able to interrupt her to try and explain she was incredibly rude and dismissive about my reasons for not wanting to go see the male doctor. I was not asking to be immediately seen, I was simply trying to ask what the timeline for getting in with Dr. Finkenzeller might be. I’ve never been so tempted to hang up in the middle of a phone call. Worst receptionist ever, horrible at dealing with people.

Being quite nervous, Dr. Finkenzeller put me at ease with her efficient, knowledgeable approach to my issue. My original referral had been to one of the other Doctors but their receptionist never seems to answer the phone and was fortunate that I ended up getting in with someone else in a short time frame.

We are lucky to have such a high caliber professional in our local hospital - she is amazing! Very approachable, and takes the time to explain when you have questions. Lovely bedside manner and very easy to talk to. She performed surgery on me and my confidence in her ability made it a stress free event for me - highly recommend her!

The receptionist is useless all she does it make rude comments.
