The doctor is nice enough and caring but they have a serious problem with communication and getting through… it’s always a gamble if they answer the phone or not… sometimes I have to just show up and get the info or make an appointment.

She takes weeks to get back with results from the hospital or specialists. Other family doctors get back with on same day or a few days after. Not recommended. Find another doc if you can - one that actually cares about you.

As far as I'm concerned Dr. Jenny is great.
But that receptionist has to go.
Takes almost 2 weeks to get an answer always get that message.. been there but she's talking to another receptionist in the phone's ringing off the hook. I called one time for a work safe related injury I couldn't get an appointment for about 2 weeks. I need a doctor's report immediately didn't make any difference still 2 weeks. When Leah was our maternity leave the receptionist that replaced her was fantastic. Very really got the answer machine.

Love Jenny but Leeann needs to be let go. It has been years dealing with her and I never get through on the phone, multiple times I have brought this to leanns attention saying I don't understand maybe somethings wrong with the phone lines ect. But nothing gets done or changes, I have been calling for 3 weeks but nothing. I go in and more than once see Leeann with the phone off the hook on her phone or talking with people. If she won't do her job she shouldn't have it. We people have a medical necessity to make appointments or speak to our doctors and we don't need a receptionist standing in the way of that purposefully. Again, Jenny is amazing but her staff is hurting how she herself looks.

I've been seeing Dr. Jenny for about 10 years find her great.
Leann(receptionist) on the other hand. Seen her talking to another receptionist while phone is ringing of the hook. No wonder it takes me 2-3 days to get through. Better to go to office and get an appointment.

Not super helpful. Never follows up. Have a very difficult time getting help with diagnoses, and like pulling teeth getting a referral to a specialist. Awkward at times. Laughs when discussing serious topics. Overall very poor experience with Dr. Robertson. Nice but not good enough.

I have no problems with Doctor Jenny herself. Butter Secretary of something else. Whenever I call I got the recording saying she's away from the phone or on the other line. I have been in the office several times when she She is talking to another secretary. Time seems to ignore the phone when it's ringing off the hook. I find it easier and quicker to get appointment if I driving over to the office and making an appointment in person. When Leanne was on maternity leave there's another secretary taking her place and she was just great. You're really did I get the answering service.

Been going to her for 6 years. Couldn’t ask for a better dr. Any issues I’ve had she has been able to deal with. Got me in for a surgery that I needed and doing followup. Receptionist on the other hand is another story. Hard to get ahold of at times.

Moved to Riverview 7 years ago and feel blessed to have a doctor as kind and compassionate as DR. Jenny. We trust her completely and she trusts us too. Example of that is when I took a bad fall on Dec. 30th/2019, and was not able to get to see her, her secretary requested pictures and after she saw them, she came to me. She was concerned about ordering an antibiotic without seeing me so she did. Thanks to Leanne and Dr. Jenny, I am now on the road to recovery. The fall was bad, but the infection afterwards was even worse and not being able to get out , I definitely needed to be seen. In today's day and age, who expects any doctor to visit you at home? I didn't but I am truly grateful that she was so good to me. There were follow up calls and other antibiotics for a secondary infections but there is NO doubt that the care was exceptional !!!
