She followed the end of one of my pregnancies and it was awful. She is hard to get a hold of and the appointments are very rushed. It was an awful experience.

Doesn’t follow up with patients or specialists in a timely manner. She’s nice but she’s so slow.

Never get a call if she is going away. Not even a message on the machine saying she is. The receptionist is hit and miss. Great family Dr. Not one for the terminally ill.

Dr. Robertson is a fantastic family doctor, and also followed me throughout my pregnancy. Her hours can be irregular, but very manageable if you plan your appointments in advance. Her expertise and manner more than make up for a sometimes unpredictable schedule.

Dr Robertson is a great doctor, my family has been with her for almost 4 years. Yes, it can be difficult to get a hold of her at times but that's understandable because she is also busy at the hospital. However it is much better now since she has a new secretary.

I've been patient of Dr Robertson's for almost 5 years. her new receptionist is great and is uplifting for the office. Dr. Has been nothing but good to me. Her new receptionist answers the phone and calls you to get things done. Love them both, actually the whole office.

I have a hard time giving any review but terrible since Dr. Robertson's office is NEVER open. The phone lines are never open, her office hours barely exist and it is impossible to get ahold of her. Once you finally do get through the MOA is rude and impatient. When choosing a family doctor be sure to pick one who is actually available to meet his or her patients.

Dr Robertson is great!!! Now if the secretary would only answer the phone then maybe I could actually get back in to see her.

OMG I can never get the secretary to answer the frigging phone!! Dr Is great this but man it's hard to get a hold of them
