I have been seeing Josie unfortunately for years as there is nobody else there, she is rude and pushy, will not listen and when I asked how to I clear my face up and take care of my skin, she replied with just use water.

She handles a very important script and she gives me no confidence whatsoever that she will do what's best for me and actually remember to do it.

I have asked for a skin check and she has scoffed at my request and I have a feeling it's because of my age (under 30) yet I am on medications she prescribes that increase the risk of skin cancers dramatically plus the fact I've had some changes. I was completely dismissed.

She evaluates patients that fast and improperly that they can't get a word in or feel intimidated to try and self advocate, and she dismisses almost everything. She also has no time management skills and will throw someone out the door in 10 minutes but takes 50 minutes of waiting for her to actually see you.

Her bedside matter is severely lacking and she should probably start seeing her patients as humans and not numbers or some exhaustive process. You choose to work there, that's not your patients fault.

Far too expensive and was really impersonal. Assessed me within a minute and sent me on my way with a cream that didn't work at all!

Yes i waited for the appointment but was so worth it!!To me shows how busy she is with referrals.
Josephine was so thorough and picked up something left field that i wasn't even concerned that

ultimately was life saving.The procedure was fast and i had the results to next day then surgery the following week.
Amazing i feel blessed i felt relaxed with Josephine she is a live wire and good sense of humour.
Im indebted to her....I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND
