Dr Novak is condescending and will not take time to review your history. I found a new dentist that is much more thorough and willing to talk about my dental history.

I am a very apprehensive person when it comes to going to the dentist but Dr. Novak and his staff make me feel comfortable at the dentist office. I don't mind going at all. He has the nicest staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Novak came in on a Saturday to put my temporary crown back on. No other doctor has done that for me before. I recommend Dr. Novak to anyone who needs a dentist.

After going to 2 other dentists in High Point with disappointing results, I was very pleased with my experience. I was not bombarded with expensive work that wasn't needed and Dr. Novak solved my dental problems in a timely manner. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend him. After being in customer service for 20 years and reading these comments it only shows that you can please everybody.

Excellent experience, I have been going to him for 15 years, always professional. I think some of these comments seem like they have a grudge or something.

I wish I consulted his ratings before visiting his office. Always seemed rushed. He'll blurt out "You need xxxx", then quickly leaves the room. I never had a dentist that made me feel so uneasy. Never discussed treatment options. I fell like mouth full of money making work for him. Assumes too much when claiming "your insurance will cover it"

I am defnitely switching -- when I was in for my last cleaning he came in quickly and didn't even wait for me to talk to him about my concerns. He is rude and has NO bedside manners.

Dr. Novak was great and did a wonderful job on my crown. He was polite and made me feel comfortable. I don't know what these other people are talking about! He was not rude at all. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Thank you Dr. Novak!

Poor chair-side manners. Dropped a major bombshell on some serious surgery that needed to be done - got up- and left. I had to rely on the advise of an assistance for answers. Will never go back!

HORRIBLE expierence. hygenist extremely nice and friendly. Dr. Novak called her into his office in the middle of her working on my teeth to ask her opinion on if it was a man or a woman on the show "is it a man or a woman" which he was watching in his office. he wanted to text in his vote to win. i then had to sit there after the hygenist was done for a good 25 minutes while he saw the conclusion of his show. when i went out to schedule my 6 month apointment i was told that i would be put on a waitlist and the next avaliable appointment was about 9 months from that time - for a 6 month appt! NEVER introduced himself to me, never even spoke to me or said hello. i was with him since before his fancy new office - seems to have forgotten the "little people" in his quest for more $$. and CONSTANTLY referred my kids to his wife the orthodontist (went about 6 times) just for her to tell us our kids did NOT need braces- every time! just wanted more $$ in his pocket through his wife. AWFUL.
