I think that this is a great Dentist!! People just have to know him...He is very Kind, and has a great sense of humor..I don't think you should rate him on when he gives an injection, maybe people freak out so that's why..I think you should also look as his work he did for you!!He tells it like it is and there is nothing wrong with that.

I agree with the other reviewers. this doctor is a total jerk. he has no human skills. he is rude. he never tells anybody when he is going to inject you with the local anesthetic. never says hello or explains any of the procedures or the problems. dont go to this doctor. and if you are already going then change this doctor. staff is very good and helpful.

Will never go back. Staff is fine but Novak has absolutely no people skills...now they want to charge me $25 for my xrays to be sent to my new dentist. Avoid this guy.

Where to start? He has never introduced himself to me. Never said hello, shook my hand or even told me to floss. Spoke to his staff only. Rude. By they way Doctor Happy - let me know when you're going to stick a needle in me. He's like the sadistic dentist in all the bad movies. This guy is a jerk and a horrible dentist.

Very rude Dentist...does not care about the patients at all. He was in and out of the room when I came for a new patient exam and didn't explain anything and when I got a filling he talked to his assistant the whole time about how much money she had to pay in child support!!
