I have to same I am shocked and thought some of these comments must be about another DR with same name, but then I remembered that more people tend to only post their negative reviews, not positive ones...which I think says more about the person posting!!
I personally LOVE DR. T & Sabina as well. I followed her from a previous walk-in clinic to her new office and now I will again as she moved once more! She's been an enormous help with getting me on the right medications and sending me to specialist as early as possible. So I have to wait a half hour sometimes... I can wait! I'd rather a DR. who takes the time for her patients than one who rushes them out the door. I've never seen her without a smile (even under her Covid mask lol) so I was really surprised to hear she ever had a tantrum or speak in front of other patients- you must have realllllly pushed an invisible button!

When I went to India and told them, when I came back, their office was moved. For 2 years, I have been trying to get them to make me their patient again, but unfortunately it did not happen. Add me if possible. And answer me in this review, please, Staff.

After my family doctor retired, I was apprehensive about finding a new physician who could provide the same level of care and compassion. Unfortunately, Dr. Tasweer, who took over the clinic, has proven to be an absolute disappointment. I cannot stress enough how she has failed to meet even the basic expectations of a healthcare professional.

From the moment I stepped into her clinic, it was evident that Dr. Tasweer lacked the professionalism and mannerism one would expect from a doctor. Her attitude problem, coupled with frequent anger tantrums, created an uncomfortable environment for her patients. It was disheartening to witness her cold and rude behavior, which made every visit an unpleasant experience.

One incident, in particular, stands out as the epitome of Dr. Tasweer's unprofessionalism. I confided in her about my concerns crying, hoping for support and guidance. Instead of offering assistance, she lost her temper and spoke disparagingly about me to her receptionists, loudly and without any consideration for my feelings. It was an utterly heartbreaking and humiliating experience that left me unable to want to face returning to the clinic. Her treatment made me feel like a helpless child, and her breach of patient-doctor confidentiality by speaking ill of me to others was completely unacceptable.

Moreover, whenever I sought her assistance during moments of excruciating pain, Dr. Tasweer consistently displayed a lack of empathy and care. Each time I sought her assistance, she dismissed my concerns, offering no genuine care or empathy. Her lack of concern led to my condition deteriorating to the point where I had no choice but to seek emergency care, as her slow and uncaring procedures were ineffective.

In short, my experience with Dr. Tasweer has been nothing short of a nightmare. Her abysmal attitude, lack of professionalism, and breaches of patient-doctor confidentiality have left me deeply disappointed and unwilling to return to her care. I implore others to seek medical assistance elsewhere, as Dr. Tasweer has proven to be the worst doctor I have ever encountered. It is our right as patients to receive compassionate and competent care, something that Dr. Tasweer failed to deliver in every aspect.

100% genuine review. I had her as my family doctor. She has anger tantrums just like her lousy, rude, unkindly cruel, irresponsible, unfriendly, unprofessional and degrading receptionist. Whenever I called her office the receptionist Sabina/Sabrina picked up the phone and interrogated me. She won't even let me speak with the doctor. She is f***** lady. I couldn't tolerate her. Dr. Shagufta seems to enjoy her time off. She is always on vacation and there wss no set schedule. Always coming and going on different times. No care for patients. Wasted time and useless doctor and the staff.

Dr. Tasveer is very polite and professional. I do not like the receptionist, however, my overall experience was very good. I will be going back.

Dr. Tazveer misdiagnosed my prostate cancer. I now have to have a radical prostatectomy because of this.
