Worst experience of my life. Went there to get two baby teeth removed and my gum line contoured with the laser to straighten it out. He put about 35 shots in my mouth and didn't knock me out for any of it so I was awake the whole time. He got the first tooth out fairly easily but he struggle with the second one so he was just yanking on it, ignoring my obvious discomfort ten he snaps the tooth in half and I almost choked to death. To make things better, when he was lasering my gum he left the gum on my face, my cheek to be specific. He was disrespectful and unprofessional. He left the metal on the implant showing on the tooth he struggled to get out so now when I get te permant implant my tooth is going to be going way above my gum line that I paid 1000 to get done electively based off of his opinion. Also my gum line is even more crooked than it was before and he didn't tell me that when you get you gum contoured, you get 40 something stitches across the front of your mouth that are painful and hideous. When I went to the office to get the stitches taken out the assistant started taking them out and was digging her two inch long acrylic nails into my sore guns just completely oblivious to the pain I was in and when I told her what she did she just couldn't find it in we to care even a little. Will NEVER go back.

Dr. Small looked at my xray and said that an expensive procedure was not necessary. He did not make big deals and saved me lots of money. Thank you Doctor Small.

Dr Small was very rude to my son. He also was quite shaky while giving Novocain and while working which made my son very nervous. We will go back because we love the hygienist Kerri but will never see Dr Small again in the future we will see the other Dr. The high ratings are for the hygienist definitely not for Dr. Small.

Dr. Small is very rude. He lectured me as he worked on my son telling me that there was no way he had been to a dentist before (he had just been to a neighboring dentist within 3 months). His other doctors are rude as well. They seem to have great disdain for any patient.

Dr. Small not only did not answer an emergency call when I broke a main molar on a Saturday but was also VERY rude to my 9 year old son when he was in. I had to get an emergency appointment with a different office and had to pay out-of-pocket because he did not return any of the 3 calls I made. When my son was in, he was very scared and was making small noises when Dr. Small was working on him. Instead of trying to calm him down, the doctor yelled at him and told him to "STOP IT! - WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH YOU?!". I've never gone back to him. Very rude and uncaring. I've reported him to my insurance company as well.

This guy was rude. Not only he gave me un-necessary attitude but in gving a referral he didnt even explain and just gave me a piece of paper which turned out to not even be a referral slip but the address slip. Have changed my doc to another one.
