I was referred to Dr. Cashman when I had a sinus infection. He was able to see me that day and treated me. On a return visit, he worked out a plan for the future and then followed through to get me the necessary scan and then surgery. Staff works well with patients and answers questions quickly. Appointments are always on time or ahead of schedule. I've been very pleased with my experiences at this office and would recommend him to friends and family.

This doctor has no bedside manner didn't listen to why my doctor sent me there. He was rude when I asked questions about pain and he had no answer. No help at all. His staff argued with me about my co-pay and I paid what they wanted over 150.00 and when I came back told me I had a credit cause I only had to pay co-pay and still made me pay another 170.00 before walking out the door. I suggest people to go somewhere else!

Wow, Doc Cashman is awsome, very down to earth and explains in detail and in layman type terms what you may expect. He doesnt pull punches, very honest and I appreciated that, his staff at the front desk were great every visit... Its been 10 months now since my surgery, BEST Decission I ever made, and partially due to Doc Cashman giving me the facts. I reccomend him to anyone seeking relief, its changed my life in such a positive way... I can breath again through my nose and have a whole new set of senses I didnt know existed... I feel as if I was just dismissed and the doctor spent lest than a minute and a half with me. His attitude when he walked in told me right off that he really wasn't going to listen to what I had to say or what I thought. No help at all.

Dr. Cashman corrected my badly deviated septum and reduced the turbinides. Immediately after surgery, I was able to breathe through my nose for the first time in decades. The splints were removed this morning and I can breathe freely. Dr. Cashman did not use packing, so I did not have the discomfort packing causes. I experienced no bruising and very minimal swelling. The staff was fantastic. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction pre-op. I followed Dr. Cashman's post-op instructions to the letter and experienced no problems what so ever. The key is plenty of rest, stay hydrated and stay ahead of the pain - as instructed. If you need this procedure, you should consider Dr. Cashman as your surgeon. He is highly skilled and has a wonderful bedside manner. I can't express how pleased I am with the outcome.

Excellent experience. Diagnosed me with chronic allergies (okay that was an easy one)... Convinced me that shots were the route to go. With skepticism, I followed Dr Cashman's plan. Now I am in the middle of Spring with little to NO allergy symptoms at ALL... I have suffered for 30 years and this is by far my best spring Ever and this is after our mild winter when we were warned about how bad allergy season would be. I honestly can not say enough good things about the results of this process as well as Dr Cashman's excellent crew!

While I love Dr. Cashman, some of his staff leaves a lot to be desired. Husband had surgery in November. The first of December I found out that our out of pocket max had been met & insurance would be paying bills in full. Less than 3 days after telling Dr. Cashman's billing office this news we were sent to collections for money we didn't owe. Took more than 3 months to get things straightened out. Because it is "on file" that we were sent to collections, we are not allowed to make payment arrangements for any follow-up care my husband needs.
