Dr. Sendroff's dental knowledge and skills are excellent. He keeps up to date with new advances in dentistry, listens well, and communicates easily. He is relaxed, patient, and attentive, especially to any distress he might be causing during a dental procedure. He explains what he is doing, and asks me to signal if I am in discomfort. Over approximately 15 years of going to him, I can only think of one or two times when I had pain during a procedure, and at those times he asked if I would like him to administer more anesthetic, then waited patiently until the anesthetic took effect before proceeding. He addresses questions and concerns in a caring, knowledgeable, and non-defensive way. He is knowledgeable, but not arrogant or overbearing. He refers patients to excellent dental specialists. His whole office staff is warm, friendly, efficient, attentive, and works well together. There is warmth and respect among the staff and toward the patients. Give this office a gold medal!
