Biography
Having grown up in North Vancouver, I’m excitied to practice on the North Shore. Being involved in the community has always been one of my life-long goals. I was raised in North Vancouver, having attended Plymouth Elementary and Windsor Secondary. Coming from a family experienced in the dental profession, I set toward my career aspiration attending the University of British Columbia on scholarship. Having earned a Bachelor of Sciences (B. Sc.) in Biology, he went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.). Dr. Varda’s goal is to provide his community with high quality oral health care through a gentle approach, open communication, and the most current dental techniques. He takes patient care very seriously and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. Dr. Varda has been happily married to his wife Claret since 2006. They enjoy living an active, balanced lifestyle with interests including music, sailing, and travel.

Dr. Varda has been absolutely fantastic with my 87 year old mother, who has dementia. Responding to an emergency that he determined was neurological rather than dental, Dr Varda was kind, gentle, professional, and thorough. His office phoned several neurologists on their own accord for us, and got us advice/information to take to mom’s doctor. He continued to follow up with me about Mom’s health for weeks after the emergency. I am very grateful for Dr. Varda’s care and concern, and highly recommend him.
