Dr. Aul is always on time she is knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

This doctor should not be allowed to practice. The clinic is completely unorganized, and to top it off the doctor speeds through appointments to get you out of her office.

Worst Doctor I have ever seen. This woman has absolutely no compassion.

A few years ago my physician moved offices, and I have since only had a meet and greet with the new doctor. I very recently found out I was pregnant, so called my doctors office, Aspen Medical Clinic to book an appointment thinking I would need a requisition for blood work and referral to the Rocky View Maternity clinic. When I arrived at my appointment Dr. Nancy Aul came into the exam room with the door open and abruptly asked why I was there to see her, I told her about my recent positive pregnancy test. She then told me I had no right to see her since we had only had a meet and greet - she told me that she would not give me care and listed a few hypothetical reasons: stated that since I haven't been in since 2019 I don't take care of myself and she only cares for patients who take care of themselves, mentioned I could have serious abdominal issues and she would not be held responsible for my care if that were to be an issue, said if I had ever been to a walk in clinic I clearly did not appreciate her care. I told her I would leave since she had just refused my care and also belittled me with the office door open to the clinic. I left the clinic and then received a call that she had written a requisition for me. I was confused why she would do this after belittling and humiliating me in her office. I am a very health conscious fit person, although it has been a few years since my last physical I do not feel I should have been treated that way and denied care. I called the Rocky View Maternity clinic very upset after the experience I had just had, they were shocked by the behaviour of the doctor to say the least.

Booked first appt of the morning, first to arrive, yet waited 35mins for her. Booking for an “priority” pelvic test was a month out. Horrible. It’s like herding cattle at that office.

Dr. Aul is the most compassionate doctor I’ve ever met. I’ve spent my whole life in the medical system with an autoimmune disease and she is the first doctor who has listened and believed all of my concerns and symptoms.

Dr. Aul was not compassionate and did not take the time to get to know me or listen to me. She was very abrupt and judgemental. She overlooked a critical test for my annual check up and did not advise me that I needed further tests in 6 months. Another Doctor in the office had to do that for her.
I do not recommend her at all.

A very good Doctor. She is thorough and makes you feel very relaxed and has very good bed side manners which is something I look for in Doctors. Definitely recommend her if you are looking for a Doctor. She is very nice and always greets you with a warm smile.

DR.AUL IS FAR THE BEST DOCTOR I'VE HAD IN 6O YEARS. MOVING ALL MY LIFE WITH THE ARMY WAS HARD GETTING A DOCTOR, SHES THE MOST CARING DOCTOR I'VE EVER HAD.
