Kirsten is kind, patient, and supportive. I was nervous bringing my toddler to an ENT and she was so good with my little guy. I was very pleased and the waiting room was clean, welcoming and had children's toys and had an area where older adults may want to sit and read. The staff are all cordial and pleasant.
