Very unprofessional practice. During covid pandemic I was put on quarantine due to covid exposure at work. Signs in building say not to come in if suspected covid exposure or symptoms. I called in to reschedule my appt I was told that was perfectly fine. I was then sent a letter saying I was dismissed from the practice for canceling the same day. She refused to take my explanation and proof and she also canceled all my future appts. Wait times are always extremely long even with an appt. You also cannot come in to get a simple form filled out without a visit so that she can bill your insurance for a full physical.
