I went to David and need to have all 4 of my front teeth removed by his brother and he told me he was going to make my teeth look better then they have ever looked.He put a Bridge for the 4 front and for 2 eye teeth that were not connected and Iam ashamed of how I look.Air comes in and spit come through them but the worst thing is that there is metal in the suppose to be there to hold them better but they dont even look like teeth in the back.I was so disappointed I ask him to refund my money so I could go get it done right and he refused.This is the WORST DENTIST EVER!!! PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PRACTICE...YOU will be very dis appointed..I wish I never walk in there. A smooth talker and tells you lies only to get your money....I went to other Dentist es and they said he did an awful job...Please pass the word on...DONT GO TO THIS MAN HE ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY HE DONT CARE IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK.......PLEASE DONT DO IT.......

I was told I needed 6 fillings. Went to another dentist and I only needed one filling..? Also I needed emergency wisdom teeth removal and called their office 5 TIMES!!! I left messages and no one ever returned my call so I went elsewhere. Then now they are trying to charge me a $35 fee because i had an appointment and didnt call to cancel, but no one ever called me back. Also they were going to make me wait three weeks to get my wisdom teeth out and I was told by my dentist now that I needed them out now! Please take my advice and go somewhere else. One more thing, they quoted me on my crown and were way off, so i ended up paying about $150 more than what they said (there were no last minute changes). I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I visit the Cedar Rd. Office. My first appt was halloween 2012,my reason for visiting was a chipped crown. Dr. Bozman was professional and extremely helpful, considering after removing the old crown I was told my tooth wouldn't be fixable .This was a result from my previous dentist. I was charged the whole amount for a noble metal crown, before knowing it might be unfixable. However a quick phone call and simple explanation and my $$ was easily returned. I appreciate knowing the office is up to date on current dental practices. I don't even mind driving 45 min from NC to VA. I only wished I had known about them sooner.

I went to the doctor for some dentura he kept me come back for a year and still did't fix no dentural for me he no he could't fix teeth for me and should have told me that he didn't do dentural ask for money back but all I got was some flower.he friendly and his staff is friendly .but I need my money back not flower ,he was pay in cash

This is a beautiful, clean and professional practice. Dr Mattioli recommended a bite guard that not only saves my teeth but has helped me to have less migraines. I am a clencher. How great is that! I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

They will charge you for a missed appointment...even if you reschedule. They will tell you that you need expensive procedures done on your teeth that do not need to be done. My husband had issues with a procedure they performed and it took an unnecessary amount of work to get him in the office to fix it - when they're getting the $$, they're very accommodating, but when they've messed up...they're not. They are not a customer-minded business, they are a money-minded business which is evident in the amount of offices they've opened in the area. Go to your smaller family practices!! You'll be much happier!

I have always found the staff warm and friendly. My cleanings are pain free every six months. If I have treatment to be done, it is thoroughly explained.

After 20 years it is time to move on - it is all about money now , and even with 2 insurers it is costing me more than ever - un-insured processes due to being done too frequently is happening way too much -- the good days of Chimney Hill are gone - would love to see certian individuals go off on their own and start a practice - would definetly follow -
