Dr. Jain is an excellent doctor and our entire family is so grateful for her compassionate care and knowledge. She even diagnosed my mother accurately and quickly when her past doctors were puzzled for years and could not. She saved her life!

Unfortunately, Canada is full of too many entitled racist patients who are angry about highly educated and successful minorities. The envy is gross. I mean complaining about how your doctor drives a nice car or how she asked you to lose weight for the sake of YOUR own health!? Would you be writing such reviews in your trailer park-level English (notice how terrible the grammar is in their comments despite it being their first language) if Dr. Jain was white? No. These same people would be crying if she removed them as a patient tomorrow. This country has a shortage of doctors and we can see why.

Can't even look you in the eyes when talking to you. Just fax prescriptions instead of filling them basically in the waiting room.

She is not a knowledgeable or compassion doctor. I was a patient for many years. She really does not care for her patients and seems to be more interested in making money. Her staff turnover is horrific. Unfortunately because of her lack of ethics her patients are suffering.

Horrible! I would rather sit in emerg all day than have to deal with dr Jain and her horrible staff. She’s never available. Always rude. Honestly she’s a horrible person for taking advantage of people by treating them this way knowing that no one can get another doctor. She only cares about money not about her patients at all I don’t even understand how she still has her license someone needs to look into her credentials

The worst doctor going I think, when you tell people who you have for a GP they say
“ ohhh really “ so what does that tell you?
I have to drive quite a distance to see her and every time I get a call on my way while driving stating she’s sick or not in the office today.
The clerical staff are very rude & the overturn of staff changes constantly.
Never have I felt so much anxiety about seeing the Doctors name come up on my phone.
According to the voicemail she is decreasing her practice and if you choose to leave her then go ahead. Patients are told to call telemedicine, go to urgent care clinic or emergency departments.
Standing behind a hanging piece of plexiglass in the hallway right beside waiting room to get Rx renewals is very impersonal, doctor makes no eye contact and just hands you the paperwork.

A cancellation of your appointment by the office results in next appointment 3 months away, totally unacceptable.

We have been patients for years,It is almost worse than not having a doctor she has constantly not forwarded on test results, Has contently rotating staff, Frequently changes the hours she is open, There have been several time when her office was not open on the day of an appointment. At the moment they are booking appointments 5 weeks out only. They don't answer the phone or call back so the only way to make an appointment is to go in in person. During covid to get a prescription renewal the pharmacist would have to call her daily trying to get her to approve refills. I have received better care at walk in clinics, Unfortunately most of those have closed now.

BIGGEST joke of a doctor EVER. Had it been possible to give her 0 stars, I would have. Dr. Jain is incredibly rude, unapproachable, creates an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment, gives off the impression that it's an inconvenience for her to do her job, and shrugs off all patients concerns. Not to mention, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a secretary just to make an appointment. I called multiple times DAILY and left voicemails over the span of 3 weeks and received NOTHING despite them claiming to "check the voicemail daily." Entire staff are horribly rude. Their constant taunting, through posters throughout the building as well as on their voicemail message, to simply "find another doctor if patients are unhappy with the services provided" is disgusting as they're aware of how impossible it is to get a new doctor, and all patients are UNFORTUNATELY stuck with her. Makes more sense to wait all day in the emergency room for medical help than to go through her - she is a complete waste of time!!!! Dr. Jain is the absolute worst doctor ever.

Dr. Jain is the worst doctor in Kingston. She is extremely rude to her patients. My poor mother has been waiting months to see her for test results and as she is sitting in her office finally for her appointment, is told by doctors' husband that Doctor is cancelling her appointment as she is waiting on an important phone call. In previous phone consultations has spoken rudely. Took two years to look into previous test results. How she hasn't been suspended by medical board is beyond me. Time to seek advice about negligence from a law professional I think.

Years ago I stopped going to see Dr jain because of her misdiagnosis, lack of availability, and overall lack of professionalism. Recently I had no choice but to see her once more. She was very difficult to talk to and had zero empathy of my situation. Without going into details I'm truly shocked at her behavior and how at one point she was just being cruel with her comments. Oh and let's not forget her charging 50-100 dollars per side per page for work documents. For your own health seek a different family doctor.
