Incompetent, dismissive, and poor quality of work. Fillings cause more problems than they fix. Any cosmetic work looks like a butcher did it. Even simple check ups have proven to be disastrous— poor assessment skills allowed for my family’s dental decay to go untreated for years until he left the Cumberland practice. He is a disgrace to the dental profession. I really caution anyone who is considering him in his new practice in South County.

Dr Rogul is incredibly insensitive, painful with basic examination and has terrible bedside manner.

Does not have good bedside manner. Says "Mental/ dental" in front of pt's. Is not sensitive to pt's financial situations. Does not give back to the community. I no longer see this dentist for all of the above reasons.
