My husband went for 6 years t Dr Glazer to be tested for prostate cancer, as his grandfather had it. He was told by Dr Glazer that he just had an enlarged prostate and put him on meds. My husband repeatedly said he would be more comfortable with a biopsy and was told IT IS NOT CANCER. He was finally diagnosed with stage 4 advanced cancer. Glazer is arrogant, rude and does not know his specialty well.

Complete a———- Only seemed concerned about getting done so he could bill the next patient. I wouldn’t bring my dog to see this guy. Look around Rochester there has to be better.

Without having full test results he was making surgical recommendations that were quite concerning. Second opinions did not concur with his after ordering a further test. I understand doctors can be in a tough position having to give out bad news, but he seemed to lack empathy.

Dr. Glazer is a wonderful doctor. He shows concern for his patients and will answer all questions patiently. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff is also very helpful and friendly. They make sure you get an answer if you call for information and are very courteous.

GREED TRUMPS CONCERN FOR PATIENT ! Drove 50 miles for an appointment with Glazer.Spent 20 minutes talking to several tone deaf staff members who refused to believe the visit was covered by my insurance until I called my insurer, who spoke directly to the staff ,proving to them that yes,the office visit was covered, and yes they would be reimbursed in full. Glazer still would not see me and no explanation was given.I was told the out of pocket cost for this visit would have been $126 .Hell of a risk huh Doc ? The prior review that cited arrogance and only caring about money seems quite accurate after my experience.Money first , patient second.

Arrogant and unprofessional. Would be better off as an attorney since he just cares about $

Very rude and condescending. Offering no additional information, acted like he was in a hurry. What a waste of a co-pay, WILL NOT be going back to him.

He's a great surgeon and greatly in demand, so he's short and to the point but not rude. Be ready with questions since he won't be one to drag them out of you. He will treat you like an adult, which I like. I cannot think of another urologist/surgeon I would recommend more. I chose him because of his surgical skill and reputation.
