Good luck getting test results. I have been waiting 3 months. When I call for the results it is always an answering machine and when a resposnse finally is given it is "we have been really busy".

Once you get in to see him, he is great - knowlegable and friendly. But we have had real problems with getting responses on precriptions and blood tests. Some lost records. Plan on two months or more wait on annual physicals and if something comes up and you have to reschedule, plan on getting stuck back on the end of the line. Just seems like, until you get to see the Dr., you are just a number.

Dr Mickelson is the best! He goes the extra mile and doesn't give up until he has the answers you need! Anyone would be blessed to have him and his staff in their lives!

Dr. Mickelson is both friendly and approachable. He has great staff and has come through for us at all times of the day (and week). I especially appreciate that his background is in pharmacy. So he is more knowledgeable than most about any medication he prescribes.
