I am very pleased with the experience I had at Pure. I love my results so far and have been healing well. Everyone has made me feel very welcome and gone above and beyond. I do wish Dr. Earle was a little more involved in the post op apts. I was not able to see him for either of my post op apts. However, Ashley was amazing, made me feel very comfortable and gave me great tips for post op healing. My apt was also scheduled at 12:30 and did not get called back until after 1 to do my aesthetic apt then they had to do my post op after, which was not fun waiting in a full waiting room for 45 minutes as i made sure to arrive early. Also, at my aesthetic apt I had the included Botox, when asked about doing a lip flip, I was told it would be 10-12 units at $15. Then after it was done another person came in, did not know who she was and did not care to introduce she herself and said it was going to be more and needed to collect right there, it was very unprofessional. I understand pricing but the fact that it was already done and she was not very understanding was a little frustrating because I would not have done it. Also, the fact that it was a miscommunication on your end not mine was also frustrating. I would have expected the price I was told to be honored because that is what I was told and also for the inconvenience. My injector was amazing and did a great job, if I lived in Miami I would definitely come back to see her. Overall, it was a decent experience. I feel like your treated really well before surgery then once you are done, you are just kinda placed on the back burner and no longer a priority. For as much as the cost is, I would hope aftercare would be just important.

Dr Earle has an amazing connection with his patients, I can tell by how he spoke with me before and after my surgery. I will suggest my friends to use him too.

Amazing staff and experience. Everyone has the most pleasant bedside manner. Staff is truly with you from scheduling to postoperative. Even the doctor is reachable. I have never had a doctor give a personal call after surgery and give his number to call with any questions. The doctors are easy to speak with and provide excellent education, pre and postoperatively. The incisions are clean and meticulously approximated, lowering the chance of keloids and leaving little to no scarring. I have had two surgeries with providers at other practices. None have even come close to reaching the level of care at Pure and both had terrible results. Dr.Earle was able to fix the work from both previous surgeons. I have now had three surgeries with Pure and all have exceeded my expectations with service and results!!

My overall experience has been great. Dr. Earle is very patient and understanding. He gives you exactly what you are asking for. The staff is very patient as well, very understanding. They are very cautious and safety is first priority. So happy i chose pure for my bbl. 5 days post op and I am already in love.
