I truly enjoy Dr. Rental as both my physician, but also a another human being. She truly cares about your well-being, as well as, your families...even when they are her patient (my son goes to a pediatrician). I've contemplated moving him to her, but his doctor is amazing also. She is abreast of all new medical related advances, as well as, pharmaceutical. She has a great wit too and I think wonderful bedside manner. She doesn't necessarily sugar coat things, but I'm an adult, not a child...so I can do without the sugar. She is very nice though, so her delivery is wonderful. I respect her very much and at the same time, you can sense it is mutual. Some doctors are condescending, not her at all. She will talk about her personal experiences as well which brings back that "human-touch". I just adore her.

Others complain about her staff, but I have not clue what warrants that. Her nurse is so easy going, light-hearted, and also attentive. The front office staff are pleasant and accommodating. I am in my mid-thirties and quite a bit younger than these ladies which my experience is that the generational gap often leads staff to not be as courteous to me...it's the exact opposite. They are respectful and every phone call I've made, they bend over backwards to help me. The practice has a web-site that is also "manned" with quick response time and professional.

The NP is also very nice, as are the other doctors in this practice. I'm so happy I've found them and am now a patient.

Dr. Rentel is by far the best doctor I've ever had. Her office staff on the other hand, less than stellar in my experience. I have not had trouble getting or making appointments so much myself, but the ladies answering the phones are short with you and can be rude. It's like they're too busy to talk to you. It's worth dealing with though. Getting an appointment as a new patient, however, is next to impossible. I wanted my fiancé to see her as well to develop a relationship with the same amazing doctor, but the staff would just sort of abruptly hang up on him and say she's not longer accepting patients. Click. Thankfully, I was able to work something out. Oddly enough, Dr. Rentel makes going to see a doctor fun and informative. She remembers who you are and gets to know you on a personal level. She takes the time to make sure you understand what's going on and I've just been impressed overall. Highly trust.

Dr Rentel is a fantastic doctor who takes her time with you and speaks to you in Laymans terms. She will tell you how it is whether you want to hear it or not because she truly cares. Her staff on the other hand would rarely return calls and getting a human on the phone when you call in was near to impossible. There truly should be more doctors in this world like her. Excellent physician

When I was able to get an appointment, Dr. Rentel was great. However in the past six months I have been unable to get them to return a phone call, either for an appointment for myself or my wife, or to get a prescription renewed. She's great once you're able to get to her, but I'm looking for a doctor who will return my calls.

I just love my doctor, Victoria Rentel. She's always professional and she's the first doctor I've ever had that makes me very comfortable.
