I supposedly had to have a root canal and DR Madsen supposedly put in over 1000 crown. Less than a year it has fallen out and i had an abcess. Now I went to another dentist to fix but insurance wont cover because its within same year and htey maxed out my insurance. Not only that... he is RUDE

When I was 20 years old Dr. Madsen ruined my smile. He told me I had to have veneers to fix a small chip in my front tooth. He said he couldn't fill it and informed me the only solution was veneers. He replaced all 6 top front teeth (so they would be even) with horrible chicklet veneers which make me look hard and masculine. Then I had to pay completely out of pocket. I hate my smile and am now trying to fix what he did. Horrible - do not trust.
