Our favorite doctor there is Dr. Goldberg. Bless him and his golden hands. Extraction is in 15 minutes, painless. Implants are very professionally done. Our only nightmare is if he (god forbid) retires before we fix all our dental needs.

This dentist office has been nothing but terrible since I first became a patient. Due to a paperwork error, I had braces left on for 1 and a half years too long. I have also had procedures done without working novocaine because the doctor did not believe me when I said I was in pain. The tooth ended up needing a root canal, and we would have known this sooner had the doctor not invalidated my pain. More recently, a doctor said she wanted to try doing a filling with no novocaine, and tried to talk me down from getting the pain medication when I told her the drilling was hurting. After this, she began to drill directly after injecting the novocaine, not letting it take effect. I have never seen a doctor fail to give the drug time to kick in. She tried to drill four more times before eventually leaving the room to let the medication take effect. We were also charged 5000 dollars for braces that should have been fully covered by our insurance. This firm is sketchy, inconsistent, and very unfriendly. No one should choose to go here, and I myself am actively looking for a new office.

I had three microscopic cavities filled at this dentist a few weeks ago. Two of which, I was told, was not technically cavities, just very deep groves in my teeth that were likely to turn into cavities. I asked for silver fillings, but the dentist gave me the white enamel fillings as a courtesy. This seemed very kind, but he neglected to mention that enamel fillings often caused increased tooth sensitivity, even after I asked several times for ALL of the information about my fillings. I went back because I was in so much pain, and was told that there was nothing they could do, but it might get better eventually. Now, hundreds of dollars later, instead of a few "cavities" so tiny I couldn't even feel them, I am in agony every time I eat, and will likely end up spending hundreds more dollars to get my fillings re-done. These people are liars and scam artists. Do not trust them.

Best experience ever. I was in great need of dental work, Gentle Dental took care of all my needs, and then some. I was terrified to go to the dentist, but I was introduce to what I think is the best dentist. Dr. Adamien was so professional and really gave me a sense of trust with her. Dr. Adamien preformed miracles on my teeth, and thanks to her I am able to smile again with complete confidence. What a good feeling. When Dr. Adamien left the Waltham location I was devastated, but they had told that she had transferred to Natick. I have since then left the Waltham GD, and have now been going to the Natick GD because Dr. Adamien is there. I never went to the dentist before, but now I find it welcoming because I know that Dr. Adamien is there, and she really cares and is concerned for what I really need. Thanks Dr. Adamien for giving me my confidence to come back to the dentist and giving me a killer smile.

I live in Framingham so having all the services nearby is of utmost importance to me. I had tried so many dental clinics before but never had been satisfied with any as i have a bad habit of attention to details. But the moment I entered into this clinic I got positive about it. And the moment I saw Dr Shilpi Joshi I became sure that I am at a right place and will be here in future as well. She came up with a smiling face explaining all my answers with so much patience without showing any sign of being in hurry like my all previous dentists . For my dental work I needed few injections as i am very sensitive.Believe me I have had so many shots before in my mouth but it was never painless like this time ever. she referred me to the right people at the clinic itself for my other requirements who were equally efficient and nice.I am extremely happy with my DENTIST and with everything about this clinic. I recommended this place and my dentist to all my friends

Very unprofessional, all my filling fell out and had to be redone. I have heard nothing bud bad things about this since Ive been there. And their prices are outragous. I payed half the amount to have the same filling they did redone!

The three people that I saw for my x-rays, cleaning and doctor exam were very nice and caring. I did notice that the floor in the dental rooms were not very clean between the walls of each room. They need to be vacuumed, looks like they have been missed a few times. Otherwise, I recommend their office.

Stay away from this place if you want your teeth intact. I needed urgent dental work - got in quick but ended up with significnat complcations which needed series of appointment to fix the problem - Dr. Fitzgerald ( does not care how and where he injects the novocaine - hit a nerve and still suffering the consequences after a year) had created in haste during my walk in appoinment. Office does not even have a private room to lie down if you get sick and throwing up - had to sit in the waiting room throwing uo into a garbage bin with other pts around - Dr . Firzgerald did not even care to find out waht was going on but took in his next pt as though nothing had happened. SO NOTHING GENTLE ABOUT THIS PLACE

I also found this dental office very dirty. The techs and assistants are good but the front desk staff look like they came from the beach and did not have time to change. The bathroom,chairs in the reception area, and rug and floors are filthy. They have not much room, very crowded. Compared to other dental offices, their equipment looked very dated. New technology is not present in this office!
